I hadn’t been to Tarr Steps (Exmoor) since I was child and the clapper bridge looked much smaller than I remembered. It’s still an impressive bridge as it’s constructed from large granite slabs with just the way they are arranged holding it all together. It can be a bit disconcerting when you stand on a slab and it rocks slighty!
